Laptop doesnt load up windows 7 login screen

Hello reader,
I have a big problem with my laptop.
When I push the power button on my laptop, windows starts up normally because it shows the windows 7 logo, but after the logo screen, the screen turns black and only shows my cursor which I can move with my mouse. I tried it tens of times, and every time it does the same!

Please help me!

What were the last changes, if any, made to your laptop before this problem started? Did you add any new software, any updates to windows or any new hardware? How long do you have to wait with this blank screen?
Please press (and keep on pressing it) function key named F8 after setting the power ON. You will see a list of boot options. Select the "Safe mode" and proceed to see if you can boot windows completely in safe mode. If it works then you may also give a try to "last know good configuration" option during next boot attempt.
