The Vaio VPCEB3l0E features the Radeon HD5470 graphics card. The HD5470 is soldered onto the motherboard which makes replacement only practical if the graphics fails (and even then, it probably wouldn't be fiscally responsible to repair). Very few shops have the tools to replace the graphics properly (very expensive tools), it's definitely not a DIY thing.
In summary I'd have to say "no, you cannot upgrade your graphics"
