From researching your all in one desktop computer, it seems that it has intel hd graphics (no numbers) it will more or likely not handle it or be at least playable in the lowest settings...But next time it be nice to provide full specs and link of the all in one desktop so it can save us a little more time for helping you

You will get very low performance. Additionally, expansions usually increases the system requirements so while the base game might be barely playable, installing expansions can decrease performance. The more expansions installed the higher the chances you will potentially get lower performance.
