Hey Guys i am using a Dell Inspirion 3537 with specs
i5-4200U
6GB Ram
Amd Raedon HD8670M Graphics Card
The issue is that my graphic card is not being used, the gaming performance is extremely low (in Crysis 3 i get around 20fps on low settings)
i have been trying a lot to get this issue resolved
MSI afterburner OSD shows no temperature of my graphics card (amd) and no memory is being used its just zero (0)
any help would be highly appreciated
Thanks a lot
Cheers!!

I've noticed that your not alone with this Dell issue? When ever I start experiencing Graphics issues it's usually due to a recent update from system software etc...
Have you thought of checking system restore points just before it started? Backing up your PC then taking it back to a restore point when all was well just to see if your games play like before with your Amd Raedon HD8670M Graphics Card?

No problem is shown in the device manager i used to play assassins creed black flag with 20 fps on medium settings but now it runs in 14-16 fps
in msi afterburner i can adjust the clock speed and others but i dont have the option of power limit

I guess disabling it would not show the GPU on Afterburner (preety much sure it is enabled),and yes the option is set to high performance

I had called the dell customer representative number and they ended up refreshing the system(without affecting the files),which also made all the updates downgraded and the original drivers installed.
Thanks for your support anyway so should i consider it as a hardware problem as the warranty is about to end in a month!
