My ideal price range would be from 300-350 but I can go up to 400$ if needed. Things I plan on doing with my laptop would be using Teamviewer to control my desktop PC, play emulators, and basic web browsing
Some laptops I had in mind http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834259899&nm_mc=AFC-dealnews&cm_mmc=AFC-dealnews-_-NA-_-NA-_-N82E16834259899[1]

What laptop would be the best out of those choices? If you have any other suggestions please list them and compare with the ones above.
Also I don't mind if the laptop is refurbished

Solution
The Lenovo G50 is by far the best laptop of the three and I will likely be unable to help you find a better deal than that.

The laptop is new, unlike the other two laptops, so you will be covered with a 1 year warranty. The Core i5-5200u is also the most powerful CPU and it's integrated graphics core, the Intel HD 5500, is also the most powerful of the 3 laptops. The Lenovo G50 is capable of playing many (not all) current game with low graphic settings; with the exception of very graphically demanding games.
