Which should I get I will be using them for video watching, gaming, and a little bit of music I mainly care about comfort as I want to where them for 5-6 hours. Any other headsets or Mic+Headphone combo should I consider. I don't mind used or refurbished. My budget is $50 but I would like to spend $40 or less

Logitech g230 $31.48 I'm leaning towards this one
Logitech g430 $42.99 its blue but I guess I won't notice while there on my head yet this video is making me lean towards the g230
SteelSeries Siberia RAW Prism Gaming Headset $27.00
SteelSeries Siberia v3 Gaming Headset-Black $50 Just right at my budget so it better be worth it
SteelSeries Siberia v2 $39.99
Monoprice Wireless gaming headset

All the other ones are from EHH brands

iKross S4000 Gaming Headphone Headset
EasyAcc® Two-Channel Stereo Gaming Headphones with Omnidirectional Microphone $21.99
Sentey® Gaming Headset Symph 7.1 USB DAC GS-4531 $24.05
Sades Sa-901 Stereo 7.1 Surround Pro Gaming Headset Non Authorized/Non US Version $18.30
EACH G4000 $22.17

Currently I'm leaning towatds the g230 and the sibera v3 so which one of those unless if there is another brand

ALL gaming headsets have bad audio quality. For less than $50 i found. Sony have more bass and the sennheiser are more flats. It depends on what type of music you listen and your personal taste.

Sony mdr xb600: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR-XB600-Headphones-Certified-Refurbished/dp/B00S749IQ8/ref=sr_1_19?s=aht&ie=UTF8&qid=1427514654&sr=1-19&keywords=sony

Ok but these don't really have mics. The music I listen to is mainly whats popular on the radio yet I rarely listen to music. I'm not an audiophile because I have the solo HD for music listening at school.

OK I know I'm going with either the Sentey headset or the Logitech G230 both have fa nominal mics both are priced the same. I just don't know if I need surround sound I am planning on getting Logitech Z506 speakers. The Sentry has 7.1 and LED's and it comes with a case. While the Logitech ones don't.

SSV2 is a decent pick of the ones you specifies. V3 does improves in comfort level , though the audio quality is roughly same in both the headsets. Even V2 doesn't disappoint in the comfort level. I have used all V1,V2,V3 . The transition from v2 to v3 is not as much as from v1 to v2 was. Save cash and go for V2.

I'd rather spend $20 more now and be happy with my headphones for years, than to spend less and would have to buy a new pair in the near future. I found out that paying a bit more is usually worth it in the long run, heck how long do you have to work for $20-$30, probably less than a working day.
