browsing and gaming suddenly running slow

i have asus a455l with intel i3 and nvidia geforce 820m. when the first time i bought this laptop, all are running fine, playing minecraft smoothly, portal, and browsing in the laptop is fine. suddenly something went wrong and everything are running slow. minecraft from 60fps to 20fps, and may pop-up went out when i'm browsing

Check your temps with something like hwmonitor. What do you mean "may pop-up went out when i'm browsing"? You get popups? Do a virus scan?

yeah i got popups. i have 360 security. and it says that everything is fine. and the hwmonitor said that the temperature is about 40 degrees, is that fine?

Is that the temp when gaming? If you're getting popups than you've got malware.

40 Celsius is great, especially if that's what you're getting while gaming. The popups could be software you have installed nagging you for attention, or they could be malware. You'll need to elaborate a little more on those for us so that we can help you determine it.

Those temps are still very good. I can't help you remove any malware, but I can make suggestions on applications to use: Try doing a complete scan with Malwarebytes and with ClamWin. After those, use SUPERAntispyware and SpyBot: Search and Destroy (again, use the "full scan option for all of these applications). It's best you run these in Safe Mode and have the programs fully updated before scanning.
