Hi, I just disassembled my laptop to clean it up from dust and now it is not turning on. It makes no sound at all when I try to turn it on, but the light next to power button is flashing.

Can you tell by that which part I put in incorrectly? I had to put out and in both CPU and HDD when I was cleaning up the laptop.

Many thanks

I'll suggest a reset to start here, with power adapter unplugged and battery removed from laptop, press and hold power button for ~30 seconds, plug in adapter and battery, try to power on then.
Unfortunately, no. We cannot figure out what was missed or improperly installed simply from a description (that would be an interesting "superpower").
Likely issues could be:
1) Fan did not get plugged back into motherboard
2) Ribbon cable not properly installed (not fully inserted or upside-down)
3) Something is shorted inside
4) CPU not locked down in socket
I simply listed the things I have seen, the list is by no means comprehensive as to all possibilities, if reset or the optical drive thing doesn't work you're going to need to start over...
