As stated in the title, I am looking for a laptop strictly to play minecraft and do homework.
Max I can spend is $210 I found one for $210 that will work but I am wondering if there is anything cheaper. Refurbished is ok as well. The cheaper the better but not so cheap its going to break or crash after a couple of weeks.

Edit: 30-50 frames with reduced settings, fast graphics medium render distance etc. Will suffice.

Which laptop is that?

The 11.6" HP Stream 11 may be a suitable choice which sells for $200.

From Newegg, this is about as cheap as a decent PC gets. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2KS2KX9785

If you're not squeamish about using a lenovo, there's this for even cheaper:

Microcenter, Amazon and Tigerdirect do not offer anything better.

Theoretically you can run it on a Chromebook, but it's a pain to get it set up and doesn't offer much savings.

Provided you aren't doing anything involving blowing up huge stacks of TNT it should do ok.

I would avoid those because the integrated graphics is very, very weak considering they are old laptops. They will not be suitable for playing Minecraft.
