I would like to know which one of these laptops are best suited for game designing or graphic designing.
Please suggest some laptops for this case if you know any.
price range : 400$ - 600$

Dell Inspiron 5748
Core i7 4510U 2.0Ghz 4 Generation
8GB Ram DDR3 1TB Hard Disk
Wifi Camera Bluetooth Dvdrw Nvidia Geforce 840M 2GB VGA Graphics Card
Windows 8.1 17.3" Inch

or

HP ProBook 450 G2
Processor: Intel Core i7-4510U 4th generation 4M Cache, 2 GHz up to 3.10 GHz
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 SDRAM
Hard Drive: 1TB 5400 rpm SATA
Graphics: Switchable AMD Radeon R5 M255 2GB DDR3 dedicated
Display: 15.6 Inch diagonal HD anti-glare LED-backlit (1366 x 768)

Solution
The first one probably is, just barely, but the R5 graphics for sure is too weak. The 840M would be the minimum I'd recommend to game, or design games one. A GTX 860M or higher is what you should really have, along with an i7 mobile CPU.
