Hi all
I have started to have problems with all my USB ports on my Dell Inspiron laptop (4 years old now). I’m sure its the port because I have tried USB sticks in other machine they work fine but in my laptop it keeps saying ‘USB Device Not Recognised’, and this message regularly every 1 minute keeps appearing even with no USB inserted in the port.
I have all the updated drivers for them, so I’m stuck for ideas now.
Do you think the actual hardware port has stopped working or it there anything else I can try to correct the problem
