So I have 2 devices one is a laptop and a smartphone, my friend borrowed my smartphone yesterday and he used it to browse porn. This morning I opened my laptop and upon seeing the history on chrome it showed the porn sites my friend browsed on my phone. My question is since android rarely catches some virus will the virus that works on windows get through my laptop just because of the reason that the two devices are associated to my Google account?

If it is the same account, through chrome, through the cloud....yes, you may see it on another device. In this case, your laptop.
