Hello I installed win 7 64 bit on notebook easynote PackardBell MB85 okay
in managing of devices there are 4 yellow triangles
one memory controller and I miss pci drivers
the official website tell me to send it in for repair :::::
some good soul has them or knows where to download them definitely

Doesn't need repair, just needs the correct drivers. If they aren't on the Packard Bell website that serves your country then it means they don't support Windows 7 on that model. You should have checked their website before upgrading the OS.
Their website (UK) doesn't even recognise that model, which suggests they no longer support it.

You may get lucky searching the web for drivers that work (often successful but takes time and is frustrating too) but beyond that I can't help.
