cannot install adwcleaner because a sblite3.dll cannot be loaded

cannot install adwcleaner because a message "sblite3.dll cannot be loaded {1}". I went to the sblite website and downloaded sblite3.dll and reinstalled it on System32 folder in Windows folder but I still get the same error. I am only a novice and have problems understanding web sites discussing this issue. Please help!

You may already be infected. I have found that Roguekiller.exe can remove infections that virus scanners and even MalwareBytes do not even detect. MalwareBytes may block its outbound connection attempts, but still be unable to find or remove the problem.

Hi

What version of windows?
I presume you have malware you are trying to remove?
Do you know what you are tying to remove?

Some malware will stop anti malware software installing correctly

Have you tried starting in safe mode with networking to install and run anti malware software .
More difficult if win 8 to start in safe mode than previous versions of windows

Which website did you get adwcleaner from?

Make a Google search for "sqlite3.dll"
You will find many methods to overcome your problem
