my question is : the gpu will benifit with more ram but how much will this diference be in gaming lets say far cry 3

According to the specs of the machine (which I found only in german), it has a 250M with 1GB of dedicated VRAM, and it can use up to 2.298GB of total memory with 3GB of system memory (32-bit OS) or 3.307GB with 5GB of system memory (64-bit OS).

However, in either case, I don't think VRAM will be your limit, as the 250M is not particularly powerful by modern standards. According to these benchmarks, the 250M is still good for low-to medium quality gaming at 720p, which normally does not go above 2GB of VRAM a lot. So even if you upgraded the RAM, it wouldn't make much of a difference to the gaming experience in terms of GPU power. If you also have a lot of programs open at the same time, it might help the computer feel snappier...

Is there a bottleneck you are noticing? That was not mentioned in the original post. What limits are you noticing when gaming?

I couldn't find mention of a Expresscard graphics card, and I doubt they would be possible at a level that would actually help you, since cooling could be an issue for anything better than a 250M. Some people have hacked a PCIe 1.0 16x external graphics box, but that requires you to do it yourself, since there is no company making this for you. I think upgrading the computer as a whole is the easiest path to get better gaming performance.
