Using your laptop or smartphone as a microphone?

I really wasn't too sure in which section this belongs, but here is the story:

I play Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and other games which require a microphone to talk to your team for better tactics and more orginization.

My laptop can barely handle CS:GO, but I am sometimes forced to play on it anyway, especially when I solo-queue, because or else there will be only communication through textchat, and that just sucks. However, playing on low FPS or with input delays sucks a lot too and really takes a toll on my performance in-game.

Now, my idea was to use my laptop as a microphone... there is no bluetooth on my desktop unfortunately. So I'd have to use something that will go through my local network connection or something?

I could also use my smartphone if possible and connect it with USB to my desktop?

Any solution would be much appreciated.

This is not really an answer I expected from this community and is actually not an answer to my problem at all.
There actually are reasons. Do you want to purchase the microphone for me?

I don't think so. I don't have enough money. I barely have enough money to go by and don't play CS:GO professionally or earn my money with it. I just play it to relax when I can and prefer food and a home over stuff like that.

Yes, there are microphones of only 10 dollars, but that stuff either breaks quickly, has bad support, bad quality or any combination of that. If I want to purchase and invest in something, I prefer to do it well.

But UNTIL then... I still would like a normal answer on my question and not something like this.
