Yes, you would be able to run it. Might be a bit choppy at High settings but low - mid will give you a good 30fps. How much ram does your GPU have? You can access it by= Right click on desktop > Screen Resolution > Advanced Settings

If RAM means total available graphic card memory, it is 5057 MB
