Yes. Stick it in an SD adapter and you're good to go. Most all modern laptops and desktop PC's and newer Android devices can do the 'Class 10" SDHC cards. All the Class 10 is still a MicroSD card like the rest. All the '10' denotes is faster I/O read/write (data transfer rate). Good for cameras taking high megapixel photos.

To definitively confirm it, you have to actually put the card in the machine and use it. However, looking over your motherboard specs and the CPU specs, I can assure you it should be able to. It has the Ivy Bridge i3, and that means it has an integrated controller for both USB and other external storage devices. It will definitely run a MicroSD/SD card adapter, and the chipset runs across the same buss, so there's no reason it wouldn't read it. I've never heard of a modern laptop not being able to read any MicroSD or SD card, regardless of the capacity or "class." You might run into that issue with an older (like more than 8 years) machine or a mobile phone, but not a modern PC. Hope that helps.
