Can I run gta 5 on 4gb ram?

I am having dell inspiron 7420 with intel i5 3210M, 4gb ram, 2gb nvidia 640m gpu. I am planning to buy it upon its release.I read that the minimum required ram is 4gb, I just want to make sure it runs at playable fps and is not a waste of money. I ran gta 4 at high graphics and watchdogs in medium if that helps.

Yes you can run with 4 gb ram as the minimum requirement is 4gb. You can run this game at 720p low settings at 30 fps maybe. Lets see how is the optimisation when the game comes out.

Also there was one more doubt. I checked that gta 5 requires nvidia gtx 9800 as per minimum requirement. I saw the comparison with gt 640m which i have and found the 9800 being better . Can it run it ?
