Im looking into buying myself a new laptop. The laptop im looking at now its and Acer laptop with
6GB RAM and a 1TB HDD. I love to game and i know im probably going to get some answers telling me I should get an alien ware. I was going to get one but it wasavery sad story lol... Thats not the point, the point is that i want something that would run a few good games not just 1, and i want to make sure i pick the right one.

The features for this laptop are:
Screen size:
Screen Resolution: 1366 x 768
Processor type: Intel
Processor model: i5-4200U
Processor Speed: 1.6GHz

The graphic & CPU are more important to gaming (6b memory should be fine.
You didn't list the graphics - it's probably Intel on board, depending on which version
depends on what you can do.
The processor with a 'U' on the end shows that while it's an I5, it's a CPU designed to be energy efficient - longer battery life,
NOT full power for games. It doesn't look like a gaming machine at all, but there maybe some it can play as thekyle64 suggests..
Need more accurate info.

Ok I'm pretty sure you gave the wrong link, because that's a completely different system then what you gave. So according to the Specs you gave, the i5 is a lower end i5, 1.6 ghz is very very low, but it does have 2.6 ghz turbo, along with your 6gb RAM, you should be able to play Minecraft and similar games at medium-high settings, but you will have to have the processor running on turbo, or you will lag. Reall the price will determine whether its a good buy or not, and since that's the wrong link, there's not much more I can say.

Uhh you are aware that the i5 in that laptop runs at 1.7 ghz...That is garbage for gaming... and the price is pretty high......
