Is there an easy way to see how much IDM downloaded?

I just got a 20mb line and I am really curious to know how much I was able to download last night.

Is there a way to see total downloaded like it uTorrent?

There must be an easier way that sitting with a calculator and adding all the completed file sizes together?

A
If you are on Windows 7, there are gadgets which show total "network consumption", like these. There is also a way (non-Microsoft) to run these gadgets on Windows 8, Google/Bing around.

Your router could also have "Traffic" option.
