My tv input button works as a power as well as the power button how do I change it back

The controls on the tv should not be changeable nor programmable, they are static and their functions are predetermined. If pressing any other button than power is shutting the power off or turning it on, there is a short in the control panel or related circuitry. The panel is most probably replaceable.
