USA
14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
I would like for the laptop to be CPU and GPU up gradable so that the laptop will last basically forever. Also even though a refurbished laptop would fit all of this I do not want a refurbished laptop because my old Alienware 14 that I am typing this in has terrible gpu quality.

Solution
You might not achieve above 60FPS, but the most important part is the CPU as performance really plummets with weaker CPU's during battles.

You won't need more than two cores hyperthreaded (2C/4T) but get the laptop with the highest CPU frequency (Turbo if available).

As for GRAPHICS you might need to drop quality slightly but frankly medium vs max isn't a huge difference. Get the best GPU you can fit in your budget.

Thus:
1) Fastest Intel ix-4xxx (2C/4T), and
2) best GPU in budget

Note that an i7 in a laptop doesn't necessarily mean FOUR cores either. If you want four cores make sure they're available.

I don't have time to research a model, just those tips.

Update:
I didn't understand your budget. Did you mean $1000 or $2200 total?

Even at $2200 SLI 980M is not going to happen. For that price you should probably aim for a 4-core i5-4xxx and single 960M or better.

For $1400 I added a GTX970M (why 6GB?) to an i7-4710mq system from your Xotic link which may be a good starting point.

so for my budget if i manage to sell my alienware 14 for 1200, then the max price range is 2200, but if i do not, then the max is 1000
