I have a Samsung 2014 3d tv, the problem is I am using this tv in a third world country with analog signals which gives me a black and white pictures instead of color. How can I convert analog signals to hd?

The tuner in your TV is probably not compatible with the TV standard in the country you are in.
You may be able to buy an outboard over the air tuner and connect it to your TV, That will not give you an HD picture if the broadcast is not HD but the TV will upconvert it as best it can.
