So should I go for the Toshiba Satellite P50-B for $1100 which comes with Office 2013, case, mouse and 8 gb flash drive or should I go for the ASUS ROG GL551JM-DH71 which is $1070. Would still need to get Office 2013 which is $117, wireless mouse, case and a flash drive

The Asus ROG laptop is for gaming.

If you're gaming, the Asus ROG is good and the Toshiba Satellite is useless.

If you're not gaming, the Toshiba Satellite is just as good and the Asus ROG will be a waste of money by the time the extra programs are considered.
