Keep getting dos'd. [How do I make it stop?]

Wasn't too sure on where to post this, and after an hour of looking around, I can't find a solution to this.

Long story short I keep getting dos'd. This kid I met through Skype is spamming a stresser on me. One question, how do I exactly stop him from doing it? It's non-stop, and my IP adress isn't dynamic, so changing it isn't very possible. I'd give more details if I wasn't worried of getting dos'd while writing this.

Solution
Understanding what a DOS is, you can't.

Denial of Service. Someone on the outside, pinging or otherwise hitting your IP address over and over, and over. Faster than your network can respond.
And thereby blocking valid requests

2 options.
1. Change your IP address
2. Wait for the child to get bored and move on

Stop him? No, not from your position.

Think of it like this:
You're in the house, sitting in front of your PC
Outside, there is a loooong line of people (10,000)
That line of people, one by one, rings your doorbell
In that line, there are 4 or 5 people you actually want in.
But the other 9,995 are blocking the path.

And you cannot go outside and convince them go away.
You just have to wait for them to get bored and move on.
