Our 2009 Samsung 52" LCD tv was working fine, then a week ago half the screen went to vertical colored lines to full black on half the screen. We bought another t-con board and installed it, same problem, same side. Took out the board, reinstalled it and now the screen is just verticle lines of color. Moving the ribbon cables only makes the lines move around and still no picture.
Could this be a problem with the main board, the ribbon cables or?
We bought a replacement TV that is being shipped, but would like to also fix this one if it is feasible.
