There are several things that require me to put Java Security settings on "Medium" settings but java's new update made it to where we have no freedom and i cannot do hardly anything now. So is there a way around this stupid mess Java did to torment us?

Solution

Not illegal... have in mind that there are still people using Windows XP and the latest version compatible with it is the one i mentioned. So the only downside will be the newest applications that are made to require latest java. However if you are like me and need Java to stop blocking your remote cameras then you will have no issues downgrading

Huh? My java is updated i am sayinh that you can not put the security on Medium there is only High and Super High. It needs to be on medium to be able to use Java for most things so i can not use anything due to Javas stupid security stopping it

here is the deal... you can either rollback to v7u72 of java and have your freedom or you can keep the current version and add sites in exception list to prevent java from blocking them. Although i recommend you to go to v7u72 for better experience. the latest version is just pain in the a** and its not like it can offer you anything better than the previous version

But if i downgrade it to the old one is that illegal and will i be able to run programs that use Java since it will not be the newest version? I want to just be able to use my PS3 controller on Minecraft but cant because Mine-Controller needs to have Security settings on Low or something.
