Best mic on a gaming headset

I am looking for a headset that can record great sound while sounding great. I have a fair amount of background noise so I fear going external would pick up more background noise. I have looked into the Sound Blaster Tactical3D Omega wireless headset. My price range can go up to around $180 (USD). I would really appreciate recommendations on headsets or mics.

I would highly recommend getting a microphone separate from a headset if you are willing to throw that much cash at it. You will get a lot more out of buying a dedicated mic and headset imo. Gaming mic's are just "Good enough" because gamer's do not care about high quality. Just that they can talk on skype or w/e other program.
