well you answered your own question. The TX has nVidia 830M. If you have any gaming in mind, it would be a better choice, at that resolution it will let you play most pre-2012 games on high settings. Intel have improved a lot in the recent years, but still, judging by the 4600 in my i7, I wouldn't really expect much from the 4400 in the i3.

To be honest, both are pretty mediocre laptops and their purchase can only be justified if they are priced below £300
