Hi, I am looking for a cheap gaming laptop (£500 area max), sometimes I will use Visual Basic on it. I had narrowed down my search to two laptops

Dell-

HP-

I would appreciate if you could state your opinions and stuff about which one I should get?
Thanks :D

Solution
The Dell will outperform the HP, both the cpu as the gpu are more powerful than that of the HP. Also, the dual graphics mode of the HP doesn't really work that well.
That is not always true. The i7 in the dell maybe an ulv but in gaming this is not that important. Unless you play to play cpu intensive titles like bf, most games are gpu based and the cpu will not affect the performance of the game.

No, intel's hyperthreading works pretty well, it is far from useless in games that support multi-core cpu's.
