dedicated memory problem

I have a toshiba laptop u400-134. Grafics card chipset 965 (intell gma x3100). I want to run and play simicity 2013 on ithis old machine. However the game after installation do not run and a message appears "failed to allocate grafic resource. Simcity will now exit. Error 1008." Possible is my dedicated memory. It is 0 mb. I entered bios but there is no choise to increase memory from bios. Is there another way to increase dedicated memory?

intel gma x3100 is an integrated solution that does not have dedicated graphics memory, it is not designed to run games.

You won't be able to run the game.

Get a new desktop machine to play games. Laptops are for daily normal works. As another solution try by updating laptop drivers and see if it helps.

SimCity on PC will run on Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
Intel players will need, minimally, a 2.0 GHz Core2Duo, while our AMD players will need at least an Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4000+ ...
2 GB of RAM.
12 GB of free Hard Drive space.
