Is my laptop good enough for average gaming?

I have Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 lapop.Intel core i5 3337-U processor(3rd gen) (max 2.7 GHz),Intel HD Graphics 4000,4GB RAM.I want to play games like Train Simulator,Pro Evolution Soccer etc.Also i like action games.not necessary to be maximum graphics.I want to play it on low settings.Is my laptop good enough to play good graphics games on lowest settings??

with anything that has internal graphics you wont get a miraculous gaming experience so to answer your question yes you will most likely be able to play a lot of games on low to medium settings mostly low though keep in mind you will be drained of battery once you start to play games

Based on the following for Train Simulator 2015, the Intel HD 4000 managed to get 14 - 18 FPS when not recording with FRAPS. That's at 1366x768 resolution with low graphic settings.

For Pro Evolution Soccer 2015, the youtuber stated that a 1280x720 resolution, low graphic settings and when not recording the FPS is 40 - 60.
