I have not installed Google Chrome, but I keep getting a message it's trying to load and it's slowing down my computer by sucking up the RAM & CPUs. How can I resolve this problem?

id you have win xp vista or 7 use a program

first : malwarebytes

http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/

second if first fails

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/
