i have got a i3 4005u 1.7ghz 4gb ram and intel hd 4400 i want to upgrade the processor to AMD 3.9 GHz FM2 Quad-Core A8-6600K Processor for gaming and playing games like gta 5 elder scrolls vs skyrim etc can i and what will be procedure please guide me

AND VIDEO CARD BECAUSE IT IS ONLY 64 BIT

No, absolutely not. You're going from one brand to a completely different brand - not possible.

We need to know the specific model of laptop to answer that difinitively. You'd need to swap out the whole motherboard to do that switch, so it really depends on whether there's an appropriate motherboard available that either comes with, or supports that AMD CPU, assuming the chip isn't soldered on.

Edit: By "appropriate", I mean fully compatible with your laptop chassis.

I'm not able to match those numbers up with an actual model with the CPU you listed. Can you please list any numbers on your service tag, exactly as they're printed?

As it is, I'm pretty sure that if your laptop is what I think it is, with a replacement motherboard the best you're going to be able to do is get an A6 APU which will get you almost nothing as far as performance gain.

If you want a better laptop you're going to have to buy a new one. That laptop's GPU CANNOT be upgraded.

Also, turn off the damn caps.
