I know you want someone to tell you it's ok to buy it from Ebay, but it's still a risk no matter what the circumstances are. If it's brand new, has full warranty, and has not been dropped then it may be a good buy. Ultimately you have to decide if the risk is worth it. Nobody here can do that for you. If you do buy it, seriously consider an SSD. From what I read it has an open spot for it.

Overall a great notebook, but, the use of a standard hard drive in a high performance workstation slows the whole thing down. To get the benefit of all its capabilities and to improve user experience, it really needs an SSD.

Hi Archaic59,
many thanks for the reply , so you advise me to use soild state drive rather than using solid hard drive, the machine supports SSD (Solid state drive) from 128GB to 512GB SATA 6Gb/s .
my other questions , is it safe to buy form ebay, the price on dell website for such specs is so expensive .. the sellers seems to have good reputation and 100% feed back over 2914 transactions and he answered all the technical questions i asked .. i am just wondering why the price is less than what dell is offering... just curiosity
