My Asus laptop keeps shutting down randomly. I noticed the problem after I tried downloading autocad from the Adobe site. It downloaded theakamai net session downloader, but the download didn't complete and I decided to cancel it. After the problem persisted for a couple of days, I tried resetting or reformatting my laptop. I've done it twice now thinking it was a software issue, but it hasn't fixed it. The Asus logo doesn't show up like before if it is relevant. Please help!
