Hello,

What is the best portable gaming laptop for around £850 which I can buy in the UK? If you find one can you please send me a link to a UK site and not a US one, as US prices tend to be significantly cheaper.

Thank you! :D

Possibly this: http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0AJ2AG7283

I find that lenovo usually has really good prices (at least in Canada and USA). That Y50 is 15", but it has a gtx 860m, which is good.

This: http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/laptops/laptops/xmg-p304-13-3-gaming-laptop-black-10023521-pdt.html#cat-0 is more portable, but 50 more expensive. For some reason, I'm using a laptop with the same chassis as it (but has slightly different internals). It is made by clevo and is sold without branding to manufacturers for low prices. Then the manufacturers sell it to us. The laptop is thick for a 13.3" laptop. The screen is 1080p and good. There are 3 levels of keyboard backlight (white only). The problem I had with mine was that the fan was super noisy. The design of the chassis is not visually pleasing- it is a plastic, and looks like a 2008 business laptop.

The best option for you is the Razerblade ultra thin laptop. That has Intel 4th gen Core i7 processor gives you 2.2GHz quad core processing power and turbo boost speed. Also that has NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870M Graphics. It has SSD flash storage. It is 0.7 thin and 4.5LBS light. Its display is Quad HD+ 3200x1800 Resolution.

Also see other options are - Asus Zenbooks: UX302LG, UX32LN and the UX303LN, Gigabyte Aorus X3 and X3 Plus series, Acer Aspire V7 482PG (budget), Lenovo Y40. etc

Thanks for your help buddie! I didn't know I can buy some Laptops of Newegg for the UK :D The Lenovo you showed looks a good laptop for the money.

[UPDATE]: Maybe the Lenovo on Newegg isn't as good as it seems anymore, as they want £184.88 for tax & duty and £66.03 for shipping so in total I would end up spending £1,100+, ahah!
