Razer Kraken Pro Mic Problem!

I recently bought a razer kraken pro 7.1, because i thought the mic would be good and it was until recently it stopped working then it worked again for some days then it stopped again and then it worked again!

Check your settings (boost on the mic) and try to configure it. If not works again check it on another device (mb the soundcard jack is broken or the cable is not right). If no work again... sorry buddy your unit is for service
