Iv'e been using a tv as a monitor for years now and I just recently upgraded my computer to a gtx 970 video card and it only works on the native resolution unlike my old video card if I dont use the native it zooms in to the point where the games arent playable

I'm confused. Turning down the resolution makes graphics quality worse. Leaving it at its native resolution gets the best results.

But anyway, there's a better way to adjust the resolution through Nvidia.

1. Right click the Nvidia icon in your taskbar (bottom right of the screen)
2. Select Nvidia Control Panel
3. Click on "Adjust desktop size and position"
4. Click on the "Size" tab
5. Check the box that says "Enable desktop resizing"

Mess around with that and let me know how it goes.

it works fine but my native resolution is relatively small and on some games makes the graphics quality bad but when I make the games resolution higher it zooms in the game and that wasnt a problem I had on my other graphics card, also when I first set it up my winows was zoomed in but I resized it so it would fit the screen
