My grandmothers Toshiba windows 7 laptop has had a dying battery for awhile. So in order to continue using it she just keeps it on the charger. Well tonight she was going on for the second time today and it freezer up before she could put her password in and made a continuous loud noise. What caused this and how can I fix it? Thank you.
