my laptop crashed after installing an anti virus software

Solution
You have to keep on TAPPING the F8 a few times and then you will be given an option to boot into windows in safe mode.
However, in some laptops F8 doesn't work. In that case, you can check in the laptop manual for which key to press or give me the model number of the laptop and which windows version you are using, I will see if I can help.

Uninstall Kaspersky.
After that restore your system to a date before you installed/downloaded Kaspersky.
See if that helps.
If you are having trouble while booting, try to boot in safe mode and then do the above steps.
