I have an issue with my Dell Inspiron 3521. My laptop stucked after a few minutes while turned on so i let a professional open it up, disassemble it and let him examine the issue. All the hardware is atleast working uptill now except for running for a long time. Anyways after he opened it up and evaluated that cooling jell was finished so i refreshed it from a repair shop. Now everything works fine except for my AMD Radeon 7670M. Dell diagnostics shows that everything is fine including video card but i don't know whether it is checking the internal one, Intel HD 4000 or the External AMD one. Can anyone help me here please?

The 'Graphics Card' of this system is embedded on the motherboard. So dunno. Probably he was trying to take it out or something like this. Dunno. I dont know why it isnt recognised, but its worth to try another OS just to check if its not somehow os' fault.

Open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) and check what is shown under Display Adapters. If both are shown and there are no triangles around it then the Dell Diagnostics doesnt recognize the video card or you should update the drivers.

There are no external video adapters shown there except for Intel HD 4000 and even AMD drivers are not having any hardware response
