Best laptop cooling pad?

I will be using it for games similar to Skyrim, Fallout and such. Also for school work. I have a $30 budget (would like it be around $20). Suggestions?

Put it in a cold place where the fan can breeze out it's air and also you should try to clean it.

You don't need a new cooler if you ain't experiencing some problems with the one you already have.
