hello guys , i bought a lenovo z510 with no os , so i installed windows 7 on it, the problem is with somehow slow touchpad eventhough its on maximum speed in control panel,so i tryed to check for new drivers in lenovo support and in synaptics website but nothing seems to install,
when i install synaptic driver from the website it shows success but nothing happens moreover in device manager it shows ps/2 compatible mouse , so how can i fix this problem to make the touchpad faster, any help would be really apprciated. note : the laptop doesnt show any synaptic software installed
