OK, so Windows starts fine, but does not come out of sleep or low power mode? Sound like that is what you are saying. Run a BIOS update, also the chipset and power features for the computer.

You can test if it's a power saving issue by setting all the power settings to always be on, no turn off after a certain time.
You need to clarify you post a bit or post on a native language forum, it's very hard to figure out what happened.

Is the laptop turning off? Or on but no video signal? What crashed? The whole system? Blue screen crash or just a sudden reboot or shutdown?

laptop still on but no video signal.no video signal so i have to restart it with power button.no blue screen.just remains on but no video signal and i have to restart it manually

No video signal at all means the screen or video card is bad. Turn it on with an external monitor / keyboard / mouse attached and quickly close the lid. It should send the display to the external monitor if the video card is good.

Unless your issue is not exactly no display at all but smething else since you said the display was on in the original post.

Exaclty what happens after you turn on the laptop, does it show the BIOS startup screen? When does the display go out or is it always out?
