My laptop lid is broken from dropping it, so the screen is black now. I use a monitor by plugging it in to my laptop since I don't want to repair my lid (VIZIO monitor). I want to reboot my laptop, but when I startup my laptop, my monitor screen is black. My monitor screen shows up when I am at the part to type in my password to log in to my laptop. I would really like to find a way to see my monitor screen when it startup, so I can reboot it.
