how to watch 3d movie on sony 3dtv without blu ray?

please tell me how to watch 3d movie without blu ray.i have sony 3dtv(sony bravia kdl-nx720)but i dont have blu ray.is there any way to watch 3d without blu ray???Tell me

Will the tv play movies from a usb or can you plug a PC to the tv?
I play 3d movies from a USB drive on a 3d tv at work. Just need to select the 3d format the file is in, which is usually SBS ( Side by Side). There is an option on the tv remote that enables 3d, then I select which format the 3d files are in.

oops.accedently choosen.anyway i have tried usb but just when i wear 3d glasses nothing happens.whats the problem

If you cant us a USB drive then the other option is to use a pc... I use a laptop with an VGA to HDMI adapter as my laptop doesn't come natively with HDMI out. But anyways, I play the 3D file from laptop to TV... it displays a side by side video image and then from the TV remote I select 3D at which point an option comes up asking what type of 3D video is being played.
example: Side By Side, Up Down, or Sensio 3D. Put on my polarized glasses and enjoy

Sony 3D TVs will NOT play 3D movies either through USB or through DLNA. You may quit wasting your time. This is a known issue which Sony technical support reluctantly admitted to me.

Sony Supports 3D through USB device or even external HDD. Try any sample 3D videos from youtube and play those from your HDD connecting it to Sony TV. It works Briliantly. casting of videos is also supported. But I nevr Tried casting 3D videos.

What do you do when using a Portable HDD through a Laptop with MPC-HC or VCL to Sony KDL50W800C, when it is a Full 3D and your Sony W800C only gives you SBS & OU 3D options no just 3D Option to choose and no 3D button on the in box remote?
