Can't add SSD to MSI without voiding my warranty??

I just bought a MSI Dominator GT72 and want to put a SSD (it came with a regular 1TB). The problem is, to get to the HD's (or memory), you must remove the large bottom plate and one of the screws has a 'void if removed' sticker. There is not a consistent answer searching Google. Even if I call MSI and get the go ahead, what proof would I have two years later that someone on the phone said it was ok? Do I need to ask them to send me something in writing? I would be shocked to find out that you can not add SSD or memory without voiding my two year warranty.
Thanks.

If the sticker says "void if removed" then you need something in writing, and even then it will probably do you zero good to have a random CSR tell you they will cover it. They will or they wont. Read your warranty
