Could this Laptop run skyrim?

I bought this laptop and it is going to get here Tuesday, My question is, Could it run Skyrim on medium-high at a good fps?

Notebookckeck gives ~17fps 1080p Ultra settings and ~45fps 720p med settings. So the answer is no, it will not run Skyrim at native res with med settings at any reasonable framerate.
